Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing the site and creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Gochu.
Age requirement and adult content
Gochu is an adult entertainment platform strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher). By using the service, you certify that you meet the age requirement and accept exposure to AI-generated adult content.
User account and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when creating your account and for keeping your login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to be carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us promptly so that we can help secure it.
Prohibited use of the service
You agree not to use Gochu to: (i) violate applicable laws or regulations; (ii) harass, threaten or harm others; (iii) attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or other users’ accounts; (iv) bypass or interfere with security or authentication measures; (v) share or generate illegal, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise seriously offensive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of breach of these Terms.
Intellectual property and licence
The Gochu name, platform design, interfaces, code, text and graphical elements are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification or exploitation is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be free from interruptions, errors or defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or non-material damage, or for any loss of data arising out of your use of or inability to use Gochu. In any event, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the total amount you have paid us over the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to the service and to these Terms
We may update or modify the service at any time for technical, legal or commercial reasons, and we may amend these Terms of Service accordingly. Where changes are material, we will inform you by an appropriate means. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.
